broadband speed halved

my broadband is currently half the speed that it normally is (which was already 1/2 of the speed you promised it would be)


I've called customer services, no one picks up


I have reached the limits of my patience with you as a supplier, if this is not rectified i will break my contract due to it being mis-sold as i was lied to about what speeds should be expected as an "absolute minimum"

same happened to me over the night but seems to be back to normal now which tbh is just barely acceptable as 'broadband' certainly no where near what they mislead you into thinking you will get.
