bad evening connection

i have alredy posted about my router errors,  i may not be in the right place to post , jim may move me 
ok i am a old gamer  but this is why i have my PC, but last two night especially i have been unable to play due to a unacepable connection , its wierd as i play during the day with no problems but nite time is now impossible 
i play BF3 now they have added a ingame icon " a orange warning showing a diconnected plug " meaning you are losing conection to server .
tonite i did a win7 repair , reinstalled the game , swapped the router for another i have from PN a thompson .
dissabled UPNP . wired to test socket direct to router , and still get the disconect !!!!
i am wondering if i can play ok daytime is PN doing summat to my  connection, or is it BT having too many in my box ,
in my previous post it was asked if PN had done a line check ? adam or JoJo may look
but ther must be summat amiss somewhere .
please Help

In the evening what does your noise margin drop to
Reason for asking is that if it drops too low the error rate on the connection can seriously muck up your gaming

Are your upstream error rates an all-day feature or worst after dark? I doubt that problem would help your gaming sessions.
The problems being worse for the last two nights might be a peculiar side effect from the data centre problems mentioned elsewhere. Hopefully the earlier hours maintenance due to start at midnight will return things to normal.

I've run some tests and can't see any issues, are you able to say after what time in the evening you start to see issues with this?

Cheers Adam it gets worse after 1900 , its not just our server its all servers .
it sometimes affects TS3 also with connection lost
our game server  Address: 193.93.45.87  Port: 25300
PS i have a modem sent to me for FTTC which i was told was available , but then told its not,,  but got the modem  isit possible to connect this to my present set up ?

I have a FTTC connection, but it appears the Huawei HG612 is set to auto-detect the type of connection.
I have seen evidence of one working straight out of the box on an ADSL2+ connection.
But, BT engineers usually bring the modem with them on the day of installation.
Are you really asking about the separate router that Plusnet send prior to FTTC's installation? - Mine is a Netgear WNR1000 v 3.

You can connect it to a modem or indeed another router but you may notice it doesn't have a DSL port so you can't connect directly to ADSL with it I'm afraid.
I'd probably advise trying another router if you are able to though.

no sorry i dont have another router   only the thompson suplied from PN
this is what i have tried , too see if its at my end .
Dissable crossfire
set all graphics settings to low
drivers for GFX cards revert back to old version
reinstalled network drivers
swapped router
repair win 7 installation
unintall/reinstall punkbuster.
turn AV & firewall off
and i am still getting this

Hi rongtw,
Is that still happening? Looks from the test result on the ticket like things are alright, is there anyone else using the connection at your premises there whilst you're trying to play?

sorry to take time to answer Matt i dont have any other connections apart from my PC 
its still random  but reseting the router clears it for a while some nights its fine all night but others its impossible
tonites stats

Sorry to have to ask the obvious, but are you currently in the test socket?
