It's been a few months now since this problem started, and I thought It was just on Youtube's end, but after Tracerouting to their website I got some.. I guess not normal results?
I can no longer load more than one youtube page, and to get videos to work I have to spam refresh the page, leaving them just ends up in a timeout/constant limbo.
And most, websites work perfectly fine, same as youtube used to.

What do you get if you do a tracert on www.youtube.com?
Leaving out the 'www' gives me the same sort of results as you get.
It appears that 1e.100.net is owned by Google anyway. There's an explanation of sorts here:

Still doesn't explain your problem, though; unless you've got that domain blocked.

Try using >pathping instead of >tracert and see if you get better results ?
