YouTube Streaming

Been customer for a while on a stable FTTC line.

last few days had problem with YouTube 

1) when try to watch video from homepage, get black screen for few seconds before video plays.

2) can’t watch anything above 720dpi, as keeps starting & stopping.

Same issue on different wifi devices and laptop/TV box connected via network cable.

Have restarted router few times.

Connection is 75odd downstream.

I have not noticed any issues with any other streaming.

Then that points to an issue with YouTube, but no-one else is reporting this, and as I very rarely watch it, I can't really comment much further. Maybe some other Community members can make suggestions?
