View my usage not working

I wonder if a member of Plusnet could look at my Daughters account, as she is not a member of this forum.
Since last thursday 3rd Sep her usage has shown zero, with one exception on Monday when it showed 3.4Mb. Even the small amount used by the router overnight does not show, even on Monday.
The router has been switched on all the time. I have used her connection today at about 10.30 to update some software so it should show some usage.
Do not know if it is proper to post her user ID so will wait for a response. Thanks.

If you post the number of any closed ticket on her account James will be able to find her account.
