Very slow speeds down and up

Good evening,

I have noticed extremely slow up and download speed lately, speed checks come back as max 13Mbps down and 5Mbps up.

I have tried rebooting my router and Mac as well as testing with and without VPN, speed have not improved.  Can you please let me know if there are problems or if there is something you can do to help?

Same issues here, as slow as 5Mbps and then peaking at 72Mbps? Had great speeds when we signed up, getting worse gradually though.

Your speed is not monitored. If you have a speed problem then it has to be reported. The easiest way to do this is to use the mobile phone bot, see. https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/
