For last 6 days our broadband has been pretty much non-existent. Especially in the morning. We need to communicate with Western Canada by FaceTime (5am BST) but connection is so slow. 0.18Mps is average for last days.
It gets better as the day goes on but never like 'normal'.
As an indication - TV, connected by Ethernet, won't buffer videos at lowest 260p setting.
Can't get through to Support. Took 3 days to register for here...
All hardware working same as it was 7 days ago. No unusual phone line noise.
