VPN Ports

Trying to VPN to my work network but it keeps failing. 

Is there anyway to see if ports 4500 or 500 (UDP) are blocked by Plusnet?

All outbound TCP and UDP ports are open with plusnet supplied hubs, it will be the same for any Service Providers routers.

Have you been a plusnet customer for a long time, there was once an account based firewall found in the Broadband section of the members centre, if it exists it should be turned OFF.
