I had no special offers on my account amd had the issue. Only thing that changed in early December was I went from Essential to Option 2 with home phone. Problems with a specific server or storage device maybe?
I have noticed since I switched to BBYW the VMBU doesnt work properly at all, its not showing the email, usenet and streaming traffic but is showing web, VOIP and external FTP.
Hmmmm, it's possible that streaming would be identified as Web and such, but the other stuff should be correctly categorised. I'll get a detailed look at your stats when I'm back in the office. Anyone else seeing these issues?
