Upload speed

I had a fault and was getting bad download and upload speeds . Openreach engineer fixed today. I am getting 0.443 kbps upload speed in plusnet hub. I have 2.5mbps download guaranteed and 1mbps upload guaranteed. Is there any way to increase upload speed without needing an engineer again?

Hi @Andrei120 

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee upload speed but I can see what's causing the issue as your upload speeds weren't fully reset.

I've requested the reset again for you and this should improve them soon
