Hi All.
Is there any way of contacting customer services by email? I've been trying for 3 months to upgrade my broadband before the end of my current contract but every time the site tells me I can't do it because an order is being processed. Now my contract has ended and instead of paying less with a new upgrade I'm paying more with out of contract costs. Customer services told me this would be resolved several weeks ago but still the same issue and now I cannot contact them at all either by phone or online chat. Any ideas appreciated. T.

There is no email contact for Plusnet.
The preferred means of contact are the dreaded Facebook, Twitter, this forum or the telephone.
Since your question is about contract you will have to use phone because they will not discuss any contract terms via the forum. You may get a response on here and a follow up by a ticket on your account.
