I have just applied to change my BB service from PlusNet Broadband Premier Option 2 ( yep its an old one ) to PlusNet Broadband Your Way Pro with included 20GB bandwidth the new gaming one ,
But the ticket it has with it say's its a downgrade not an upgrade as I thaught it would be package itself is £1:50 cheeper than im currently paying so my question is should I change or stay with what I have as it is stable and has quite good ping times ?

Hi there,
I wouldn't worry about the working too much. Because it's a decrease in your subscription fees, it's classed as a downgrade. Account change would be more accurate.
You can see the expected speeds on Option 3 here.

Ah, sorry!
You won't do better than the Gaming product. Everything wizzes along as fast as our network will allow because of the way that all of the traffic is prioritised.

Again thanks for the reply looks like the move to the gaming product was the wise choice then.

You might want to be aware of the difference in peak/off-peak times across the two accounts.
Premier peak time is 4:00pm-Midnight whereas BBYW PRO is 8:00am-Midnight.

Quote from: Damfoose its also the gaming one ive gone for with the 20gig allowance .
According to the site BBYW Pro has a 10Gb allowance and not 20Gb.

Which is correct. However Damfoose has requested an additional 10GB usage.
