Testing interleave ...

After a spate of disconnects (exchange initiated) interleaving was enabled on my previously extremely stable line. It's been good since, but I'd like to see if it was a passing phenomenon.
I see I can switch interleave off in my PN control panel but not on again ... so I suppose if it turns out my line for whatever reason is no longer as stable as it was and I need interleave switched on again, I'll have to place a request on a ticket? Or can I ask pretty-please here if need be?
thanks

Re: Testing interleave ...

To get it turned back on will need a ticket request.
It's probably just as quick (if not quicker) to request a ticket than requesting in here TBH (it's also the official way to get things done).  If you post on here you'll need to wait until one of the comms team pick it up and if you make a request on Friday night that'll probably not be till Monday morning at the earliest!

Re: Testing interleave ...

thanks. time wouldn't be of the essence but of course I know that a ticket is the "official"  route.

Re: Testing interleave ...

Thanks for that James.
I'll try switching interleave off again and will relight this thread if needs be.
