@ExForce9 You preach to the choir, and loose us an interesting answer from the OP.

That wouldn't work, as the remote BQM server needs an internet reachable WAN address - not a private LAN NAT address.
To ping off a LAN side PC, then the router would have to port forward ping requests to the PC.
The device could be in the DMZ, that bypasses the Hub firewall, that's how BQM was used with Hub One.
EDIT: BQM would still use the Public IP Address of the Hub, the DMZ device would respond to the ping.

@Dan_the_Van
Once again you don't say.
The purpose was to get the OP the say what they had configured as the target of the BQM,
as a previous post about a PC being off affecting the BQM did not add up.
It will not be the first time an OP has configured BQM to point to the exit point of a Generic VPN.

I did read the previous posts, the point I was making the DMZ could be used rather than enable Ping on the hub firewall.
Therefore the PC could actually be in the DMZ so the BQM output would be that of the PC not a silent device connected to the DMZ.

Its worth noting that, as you can see on the two BQMs and as is reflected in my qualitative experience, it is worse today than yesterday, as it was worse yesterday than the day before.
And I am starting to get some packet loss, too. This is reflected both (a little bit) in the BQM, and also in game.
And I must re-iterate that this packet loss + the spiking has no correlation to when I am using the internet myself. It is peak time only in the aggregate of the country writ large.
Then the third one is not packet loss but just shows the insane jitter.

More than two hours ago you were asked to turn off your WiFi (not the router) and let the BQM plot run to see what happens.
What time did you switch both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz the WiFi off ? - so we can check what effect that had.

Why not ?, it only takes 30 seconds to go into the router GUI and disable them !

BQM is a coloured graph that does not capture the direction or the location of the events it claims to record.
One can not tell the difference between a network cable defect under the desk
and a tracked excavator strike in the street outside the BQM hosting facility !

"Things to do" for two and a half hours ?, and in the mean time you waste time with more meaningless game screenshots.
