TP Deco M4R wifi boosters

I'm trying to establish what my Plusnet internet connection is, as requested for settting up TP Deco M4R wifi boosters. I've been provided with the following selection to choose from within the set up proces :- Dynamic IP, Static IP, PPPoE, L2TP, PPTP & DS-Lite . Can anyone confirm which one I should choose please.

If you're using the standard router then you probably want to setup the M4R I access point mode https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/faq/1842/

Hi @grazza1

to expand on @MisterW comment

Dynamic IP, Static IP - this will result is twice NAT if connecting to a combined modem/router device, eg Hub One. This is not advised for the average user.

PPPoE, - this would require a standalone modem.

L2TP, PPTP - I believe this is for VPN.

Dan.

I need to correct an error

Dynamic IP, Static IP - this will result is double NAT - twice NAT is different.
