You clearly have the DIY skills to either modify the Openreach master socket as suggested or bring the the extensions out of the master socket and fit a new extension socket adjacent to it.
Just be mindful of the REN loading on the router ATA. This is unlikely to be a problem with modern phones but if the ringers are unreliable, try reducing the number of phones to find the culprit.
I suspect, but do not know, that the inbuilt router ATA will still be emitting it's DECT signals. The chance that you are affected by the DECT phone emissions is highly unlikely. They will be drowned in the rest of the electromagnetic noise that constantly surrounds us these days unless we enter a faraday cage.
