DSL connection rate 3712 Kbps (download) 448 Kbps (upload)
IP profile: 250 Kbps

I've ran some checks and one of them has failed showing an inconsistency between the DSLAM and the B-RAS. I am now escalating this with evidence of the results to the correct faults team.

This has now been resolved and the profile will lift to 4000 in the next few hours. The faults agent will now be updating your ticket.

Hi,
My download speed has returned to 2700 kbps, which is great. As my Ip profile is now 4000kbps, I was wondering if anybody could tell me what an acceptable  download speed based on my Ip profile would be. Ideally, I would love to see my speed at least 3 mbps, but I don't wont to report it if there is no fault.
