Broadband Fault Ticket system down?

I've been trying to log a new fault ticket since last friday - but is the system down, as all I get when trying to use either http://faults.plus.net/ or through the Help & Support pages is this:
"Error
Sorry, An error occured whilst processing your request.
The error has been recorded and our website team will investigate. Please try again later."
Tried clearing out Temp IE Files/cookies etc. but still the same.........is it just me, or is everyone else having the smae problem?

There seems to be an issue with your faults checker. I'll get someone to look into that now.

HI Alfa,
It's not a simple fix so if you need to raise a fault then please call 0845 140 0200 and we will raise it manually for you.
