Starting a new contract before moving home

I've got an offer of full fibre I'd like to take up but unsure if new property will have fibre. If I sign up now and move in 2-3 months will I be able to downgrade on my contract?

We won’t charge you for moving home if you take out a new contract. However, if you stay on your existing contract you may be charged a home move fee of £65

I hadn't even considered I'd be charged. I won't be taking out a new contract now then. 🙄

I'm out of contract period now which is why they're offering me some money off normal fibre prices. No not certain to move. I think there's Plusnet fibre there from the search I did.
