My speeds are terrible again you corrected it not long ago and it now back to square one not happy at all

Sorry to hear about the issue but can you quantify this for us please?
If you can go to http://faults.plus.net that will advise of some basic checks to perform and will link you to a specific BT speed tester.

Hiya,
I've had a quick look and it looks like you had a low speed event to cause the IP Profile to drop to 4500.
The line now seems ok so if you hang fire a bit it should catch up.
