Looking for bit of help with our fibre broadband speeds. Since we joined Plusnet our speeds and service were excellent (our minimum guarantee speed was 43mbs but we were consistently getting 58mbs sometimes a little more or less) however a few months back we had some pretty bad storms over the course of a week or two and our speeds dropped to half of what they were before. I never thought much of it cause I know that storms can cause these issues and hoped that once things settled that things would sort themselves out but unfortunately it doesn't seem to have.
Just now running the BT speed test we're getting 30.89mbs download and 19.08 upload. I'm just wondering if there's anything we can do to restore it to our speeds guarantee prices?
Thanks in advance for the help

First thing to check: Is your phoneline clear? Dial 17070 (preferably from a corded phone), select option 2. Once your phone number is confirmed, there should be silence on the line except for the regular 'Quiet Line Test' message - any other noise, report a PHONE problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/
If the phone test passes, report a broadband problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/
Let us know the result - if the tests come back as clear but you still have a problem, we need to investigate further.
The above assumes you still have 'normal' landline connection - if you have a SOGEA (internet only) one, just use the second link to report a network issue.

The text or has asked me to give them a call so I'll have to fit that in at some point. I didn't even think to use the textbot again since it usually comes back without reporting a problem
Thanks again
