Specific web site not available via PlusNet but is via 4G

SWMBO plays a lot of bridge and uses Bridge Base Online, usually via an App but sometimes directly to www.bridgebase.com on an Apple device or Windows PC.

Lately she's been having problems connecting (error messages about the internet connection) but when using a 4G connection (directly from a phone or via a hotspot link) it works fine.

Anybody seen similar on that or any other web site and have any thoughts?

Works fine here on a static IP in the 80.229... subnet

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Sorry to digress from the point of your query - works fine from here (desktop, PN broadband FTTC) btw.
