For the last 2 weeks my internet has been painfully slow which is a real issue as I now work from home. I’ve struggled staying connected on my laptop and my music cuts out on my smart speaker and tv Cuts out and goes fuzzy with poor picture quality because it says the internet connection isn’t working. I need good connection and I’m not sure what I’m paying for at the moment. Can it be looked into and can I get some sort or discount on my next bill as this month I’ve received 2 bad weeks of service
