Slow download speed

I've been contracted for little under two years and my mbps is significantly lower than I'm guaranteed

A little more detail would help us to help you. What is you minimum guaranteed speed, what are getting (over WiFi or Ethernet)?

I use the Ethernet cable and I receive on average 7 mbps however my contract is for a guaranteed minimum of 36mbps

@Troypowell42  Hi, before we get stuck in can you reboot the router and test the speed with an ethernet cable because your router has experienced a reboot for at least 37 days?

 

If issues persist can you send in a picture of the back of the router and phone socket please or we can ring you to go through everything in one go.
