Slow Broadband

Hi have slow broadband registering 0.75mb download today.This is not due to dropouts or anything can anyone look at my numbers and see if anything can be done.This has been going on for a week or so.

I'm sorry to hear that your speeds are slow.

We've tested your line and we can't see any cause for this.

Can you confirm if you've been testing over a wired or wireless connection?

If wireless can you try a wired connection to see if this has the same issue?
