Hello all
I am currently on legacy 21.99 is it worth me switching to option 3 on broadband your way. I have just had my first ever warning that i have hit my 13gb peak time allowance for the month with 4 days of the month left. Also if i do switch as an existing customer do i receive the wireless router? this would be handy as i don't have one and am still using the binatone one i originally received 4 years ago.
thanks

Hi Vegasking,
Peak time is including weekends. If you think about it, all the kids are home from school, so they'll be downloading more anyway. So it's 0800-0000 Monday to Sunday.
I've been looking at your usage patterns over the last couple of months and I think that you're on the right product, unless you feel that you can schedule your large downloads between 0000-0800 instead of 0000-1600.
And yes, you would be entitled to the wireless router as mentioned earlier.
Let us know.
