Shockingly Slow Internet

My broadband connection (unlimited fibre extra) has been appalling lately. It frequently drops out, and the connection speed is terrible - I’ve just run the Plusnet speed test, and it came up as 2.8mbps. I can barely use streaming services and games are basically a non-starter.

Fairly sure this isn’t anywhere close to the minimum speed guarantee.

Some help would be very much appreciated.

I have run some tests on your line to take a look into these dropouts and speed issues, and I have found that there is a fault on the line that is causing these issues. I did attempt to call you, however I failed to reach you.
