Haven’t received rewards card

Hi don’t know if anyone can help. I have emailed plusnet rewards card twice. And still no reply. It’s passed over 30 days. And I still haven’t recived my rewards card email for joining. I have chased this twice and no communication at all.

Hi @Les2chis thank you for taking the time to contact us on our Community Forum, I'm sorry that you have not received the reward card yet.

 

I have raised this with our Rewards Escalation team to understand what has happened, it can take up to 5 working days for them to respond but I will be contacting you once we have an outcome, in the meantime to put your mind at ease I can confirm the offer is applied to the account.

 

Please let me know if there's anything else we may look into for you.
