I'm disappointed to see that this is still an issue for you so I'm sorry that's still a problem.

 

As the Qube engineer didn't find any obvious issues and line tests are passing I'd like to make sure we've ruled the hardware out next so I've sent out a replacement router that should reach you within the next 3 to 5 working days. I'm suggesting this as we're still seeing signs of the connection itself dropping entirely.

The reason for that is that we need to pass data protection checks with you before making any account changes and that can be done by you logging into the website via that link. 

 

Please let me know when you've done that and I'll get that done for you, I'm really sorry for the ongoing hassle and disruption it's causing for you and your partner and I'll keep working with you until it's been resolved.
