Serious connection issues

Here we go yet again peak time issues!!!!!! was getting almost 70mbps earlier with the speedtests and now we have (im on same gateway as earlier telehouse west ptw-ag04)

ok gateway hopped to pcl-ag01 citylifeline house and its a bit better

Just jumped to pcl-ag04 for some unknown reason

yes its weird my upload speeds are normal but the download is down and ping is also up....definatley something wrong with PN equipment somewhere...I have been assured today that they have plenty of bandwidth so no idea what it is..

well my upload speeds were normal now they are suffering

jumped to another gateway and we have this.. You need to get this sorted PN .

I had a load of ping/speed problems before I got my upload speed uncapped. Now that it's uncapped, my connection is amazing.

Very happy now.
