Sent 12 emails, about one a day, since my "enhanced service" started ... but

Sent 12 emails, (about one a day), since my "enhanced service" broadband started ... but no reply.

 

1) Are the staff uneducated, just lazy or totally mismanaged?

2) Was told I was " only going to be looked after by a top priority team"... but still being ignored. They are truly useless, and haven't been honest since the start. Quite dreadful.

 

Why doesn't management "mange" their staff?   Anyone know?

Why don't they respond back to emails? Anyone know?

@simjim777  No idea what your enhanced service is but there has never been any way to contact customer support by email.

Where are you sending these emails? The only contact method is by phone or some social media sites that I would never use.

Instead of just having a rant which will achieve nothing why not say what your problem is and forum members may be able to help you.

Interesting you think that explaining the situation and awful service is a "rant".

@simjim777  Please tell the forum what your enhanced service is and who the priority team are. Never heard of either of these things.

It could be the terminology you are using that is causing the confusion, I am also unsure what you are referring to.

As stated it is NOT possible to contact via email, if there is 'Open Question' for your current issue, you should be able to add comments to it.

So an answer to the previous post and maybe some detail of your issue would be helpful as you may have posted in the wrong forum board.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
