Not sure that resolving the issue does lay with Plusnet to fix.
- First of all, is that thread relevant to your issue - are you using Parent Safeguarding on your account?
- What is the website you are trying to access?
- If you are using safeguarding and you want to permit access to that site ... have you whitelisted it?
The fact that the site might be blocked by Plusnet safeguarding (but not Tesco's safeguarding if used) when possibly it should not, is an issue for the site to take up with BT's cyber security team (Plusnet share the same parental safeguarding platform).
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
