Results from BTW Speedtester are :
Download speedachieved during the test was - 6.26 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.6 Mbps-7.15 Mbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :8.13 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 6.5 Mbps
Can you please try a SNR reset if that is what is needed to remove the 6.5Mbps IP Profile limit.

Hi there,
I can see that the connection's been stable for over 3 days now so we've no problem doing an SNR reset.
That's been submitted now so you should see some improvement shortly.
