Ok, here's my rant. I've had a problem with my broadband dropping, bought a new router, changed all the filters etc nothing made any difference. Getting through to support is a nightmare, kept on hold for ages regardless of the time of day I ring. Once through have to go through the whole story time and time again and when I do I get conflicting advice. God knows how many fruitless hours I've spent on the phone.
ive had Plusnet broadband for many years and they used to be reliable before the BT takeover but now it's dire.
as soon as my contract is up I'm ditching plusnet broadband and phone.
doubt if I get a reply to this as they never answer tickets.
From looking at the open fault report with BTwholesale, it looks like the job is with Openreach and has been assigned to an engineer as of today. Can you let us know how your connection seems tomorrow?
