Subject: Request for DLM Reset - Line Banded at 35M with 25dB SNR

Hi Plusnet Team,

I’ve recently stabilized my setup using a Huawei HG612 3B. My line stats are currently showing a hard cap/banding that I’d like to have investigated.

Stats:

• Package: Fibre 40

• Downstream Attenuation: 11 dB (indicating a short line)

• Current Sync (Actual Rate): 35,000 kbps

• SNR Margin: 25.2 dB (extremely high)

• Attainable Rate: 51,560 kbps

Despite the low attenuation, my SNR is being pushed to 25dB and the sync is stuck at 35M. There are minimal CRC errors (approx 80) and zero FECs. It appears the line is banded on Fast Path.

Could you please kindly request a DLM Reset from Openreach to clear this banding and allow the line to return to its natural 40Mb ceiling?
