Have just renamed the mailbox of one of my referrals (due to spam) and it has been treated on the portal as an alias (although I clicked 'rename').
This is the second time it has happened - last time I had to telephone to have it manually updated. Is there a problem or has this function been taken away from the user?

Thank you for the reply, PJ. I raised a ticket immediately afterwards and CS replied within 30 minutes to say that they had actioned this so all is now sorted.
They also replied to a question about the loyalty discount within 5 minutes!
What excellent customer service!
