Refresh

Hi All

For the last couple of days I have had problems with my broadband dropping out quite frequently. A lot of buffering and the message "No internet available".

I did the usual stop and start the router but eventually used the problem number with "HELP" for broadband. This came back with the approximate message "Tests done. Your line is fine - do you want a REFRESH?". To which I replied YES and I am now waiting to see if that has fixed it.

Can anybody tell me what a REFRESH entails? And why do they have to do it? Can I do it for myself?

Regards

John

Re: Refresh

Update:
Whatever they did with the REFRESH the problem has gone.
