Have some issues with my router and connection. if I understand correctly I should already have the Internet but it is for some reason missing. could you check what's wrong?

Hi Alex,
A warm welcome to the forums.
When were you told that your account would be active?
Did you connect the router before then?
Have you tried a factory reset?
Have you logged on to the router to see if the account details are correct?
Is there a dial tone on your phone line?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Is there a dial tone on your phone line? -No
Without a dial tone, this becomes a phone problem, not a broadband problem.
I don’t exactly understand what you mean. I tried to log on the router with admin psswd
See the user guide which provides information on logging in and manually setting the user name.
Also look at the line stats page to see if line speeds are reported.
