Red light and flashing b symbol on router

I'm sure it's been asked about thousands of times on here but this we've got no service (it's been out for over an hour now) - red light and flashing b on router. Desperately trying to work from home and have limited data - can someone please help asap!

Hiya, yep the landline seems to be working ok

If the router's light is red, that suggests it needs a factory reset - see How to set up your Plusnet Hub Two router | Help | Plusnet

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
