Reason for Speed drop

I noticed a download speed drop on my line 01:20 AM on 14th October from around 35 down to 30 where it has remained since. It was steady before and steady afterwards (both allowing for the odd fluctuation). So something happened at 01:20 on 14th October but I don't know what. Is there a way to find out?

Not a biggy - due to go FTTP on the 30th - but something happened and I would like to understand what.

Re: Reason for Speed drop

On the assumption that you are using a PN Hub2, can you export the Events log and attach the resulting .csv file to a reply. Without some solid data, we have no way of knowing.

Re: Reason for Speed drop

In two weeks you will not care what was possible on FTTC because the line has gone dead.
