Re: Portal problem

The fix has been done, it just needs testing.  Toby1 pm'd me to ask how it was doing, but I wasn't sure what the problem ID was.  Once I found it, I posted it here so I can find it in future.

Re: Portal problem

Well its not fixed for me.
My main credit card was deleted and I got message when I logged on to update my payment details. The site would not accept my Amex card and secondary card that was shown was not used.
Spoke to CS who sorted the problem.  I gave my card number and he added it to my account. They told me they had rolled out a new billing system in the past couple of weeks and that maybe this caused deletion of primary card (he didn't know why).
He also said the secondary card is not used so couldn't really explain why this was there other than to suggest it was a feature that may be used in the future.

Re: Portal problem

Your secondary card only comes in to play when your valid primary card reaches it's expiry date. The system then makes your secondary card in to your primary. The secondary does not act as a backup to the primary in any other way.
