Plusnet refusing to help

Hello!

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue, I had a fault in my line a few weeks ago from someone pulling a wire (was a workie) now they sent an engineer out to fix it but the guy didn't fully secure the box on the outside of the property. Plusnet is now refusing to take anything to do with it even though they sent the engineer and per ofcom standards I should only be dealing with them. It's very frustrating as I have been hounded every 2 days to close a fault that has not been fully resolved. I had been promised previously that someone would come out and fix it but just been told today that no they can't do that so someone has lied. I'm just wanting the external box fixed so another fault doesn't happen but typical broadband company isn't willing to do it.

Re: Plusnet refusing to help

It would have been an Openreach engineer. Complaints about their workmanship is one of the few situations where you can contact Openreach directly https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/when-to-get-in-touch-with-openreach/complaints-policy

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
