Trouble logging in

Yep me too - can't log into the Member Centre.  Have tried the forgotten my password link and confirmed I am using the correct password.
Will wait and try again later!

This has been happening on and off for a few days now, I thought it was just me.

There are a number of portal servers behind a load balancer. It could be just one of the servers giving problems which is why it appears hit & miss.
If it happens again look at the page source and go to the very bottom. You will find a line that looks like:

<!-- HmteacsWKdIUngC4bVdcEQ%3D%3D -->

That identifies the individual server.
If you post giving that line when it fails it could help identify the problem.

Yes I am having same issue, getting incorrect bla bla message.
I have previously reported a fault where I don't get incorrect message, just presented with the log in page, with my user & password boxes blank.

Update - seems to be back

Still failing.
Seems to fix it if you set autologin=OFF
Rely on your browser to store user/password.

Can you copy the source code that is at the bottom of the page wen it next happens to you!
It will help the CS teem.

Just been testing and and got it to fail 3 times. Then it logged me in and it's worked ever since

I don't see any when i try to log in.  using Firefox or IE7.
