Hey,
I am trying to set up Broadband for my Dad and have given his credit card details twice, only for it to come back that there is a problem. No idea what the problem might be, but I have now used my own credit card. Any ideas what the problem might be and if my own card details are accepted, how long it will take for payment to be authorised? TY.

Hi,
Is this a problem during the signup process? No payment is taken until your order has been submitted and accepted so you won't receive a payment email until tomorrow at least if you've just signed up.
