Outage

I called CS and was told an outage in W3 area due to construction site fault which is affecting fibre connection. Can someone help raise a ticket to see when they're fixing this or know when eta to get it back up and running?

Hi there, I've just checked back on this for you and can see it was resolved at around 12:30pm on Friday and logs show that your router has been online since then. Please do get back in touch if there's anything else we can help with though and really sorry for the hassle.
