Openreach DLM Profile reset request

I have been experiencing broadband speed issues since I had an issue the cable from the router to the master socket, I have replaced the cable however the DLM has reduced my speed from 64 to 32. How do I arrange a DLM user profile reset?

Hey there @garyholt2023 Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum, our apologies for the delayed response I hope you are well.

 

I'm sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing recently with the speeds, I have looked into this and while I can see the sync speed was at 32mbps on the date this post was created, I can confirm that the speed has reverted back to its correct provision and seems to be working accordingly. Please, can I ask you to do a wired speed test and let me know what the result is.
