Openreach DLM Profile Reset Request - Banded Line

Hi Team.

I recently caused some line instability while swapping over to a new bridge modem and updating firmware, which I believe has caused Openreach DLM to step in and apply a strict 36 Mbps banded cap to my profile.

My new DrayTek Vigor 167 modem is physically syncing nicely at 42.6 Mbps, but my actual throughput is being hard-capped at 36 Mbps on speed tests, it has been that way now for 8 days straight, I was hoping it would clear itself over this period.

Could an administrator please check my GEA diagnostics and submit an automated Openreach DLM reset to clear this banding and restore my Fast path?
