Not getting what I’m paying for

Decided to upgrade my wifi as the previous pusnet deal was terrible now this one I’m paying the minimum is meant to be 500mps but don’t don’t it has ever seen 400

Is it just possible your own equipment could be the limiting factor here? Have you tried a direct PPOE connection to the ONT?

I’m using the equipment they supplied to use tried to sort it with plusnet via there text method they supposably reset it but nothing has changed

Guaranteed  speeds would be for a wired connection to your Hub Two, some wifi devices are not capable of a connection of 500Mbps.

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

There’s vey little chance that the uplink is slower than the provided package.

There are though lots of possibilities that your kit does not have the power to use all of that bandwidth alone. How are you testing? Over WiFi or Ethernet?

WiFi will max out circa 400mbps.
