No internet, no landline since Tuesday

We contacted the centre on Tuesday and spoke to Ish, who raised the problem with Openreach. We also logged it online. My husband is working from home in the financial sector, so is a keyworker, and needs to stay connected. We've tried calling today to chase this, as still nothing is working, but you're not taking calls. How long is this going to take, as I am concerned with the bank holiday long weekend, this is going to run into next week. We can't be without the service that long.
