No internet no engineer

I am disappointed about the ongoing issues with my wireless broadband service and the missed appointments by your engineers. I have been a loyal customer, but the recent experiences have left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Twice now, I had to schedule new appointments for engineers because they didn’t show up to address the problem. You should set appointments on the same day if it’s a fault on your end. Due to this, we’ve been without internet for almost two weeks in this century. Please advise me on what I can do or which cable I should check. I’m fed up with waiting for an engineer to show up.

Hi @Sila I'm so sorry about the missed engineer visit. We'll need to investigate what happened with Openreach as the original appointment was confirmed to go ahead. 


I'm glad to see a new one has been booked in, I'll make sure we follow things up with you as soon as we can after the visit.
